Reasons to study Information Technology (BTEC Level 3)
You will develop a range of practical IT skills that are transferable to both workplace or higher education. There are opportunities to solve real-world problems and apply your theoretical knowledge. You will get to use a variety of IT applications and will get to become an expert user of a wide variety of systems.

Topics will include Cyber Security, Database Development, Website Development and Information Technology Systems.

Genuine interest in Information Technology and Computing
You enjoy working in teams and problem solving
GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths
How you will be assessed
External assessments.
Externally set coursework projects.
Students may resit externally assessed units.
