You will be supported every step of the way at Priestley whether that be with your wellbeing, general college life or future career.
Meet the wellbeing team
Your mental health and general wellbeing are two of our biggest priorities as we want your time at college to be as happy as it is successful.
There is a network of support from your own Progress Tutor to the team in our Wellbeing Hub who include a wellbeing practitioner and counsellor.
Priestley also has staff trained as Mental Health First Aiders and student mental health ambassadors who raise awareness across the college.
Your network of support at Priestley College also includes:
- Student Services A one-stop shop for all your support needs.
- Study Support Help with study skills, workload and revision as well as any special learning requirements, including if English is not your first language.
- Careers The Careers & Employability Team will offer impartial advice about your future, they also organise a careers fair and various events and workshops throughout the year.
- Google Classroom and Outlook Access to additional learning materials, independent tasks and assignments.
- Portal Monitor your performance with access to assessment grades, attendance and exam timetables.
- Unifrog Unifrog is a website that will help you make intelligent choices about your future, while allowing tutors to track your progress.
